Thanks for the information Denise. I had heard 2 semi-formals and only 1 formal night...I'll have to rethink which dresses I'm bringing. Good thing the black tie is optional, I don't think it would go with my dresses

When I asked the DCL what semi-formal meant they said dressing down....I would think all the nights that are not formal are semi-formal...
Alrighty then...

Hubby really doesn't want to wear a tuxedo. If he doesn't wear a tuxedo, but a suitcoat and tie, will we still be able to go?

Of course, black tie is optional. Jacket and tie is fine for men. I am sure there will be people who do not dress formal on formal night. Some people don't even dress up at all.

We don't have the opportunity to wear our fancy duds very often so we plan on taking full advantage of the formal nights. DH looked at tuxes today and found some pretty reasonably priced. I get to go look for another formal dress this weekend! So much fun.

Can't believe this trip is a month away. Wahoobie!
