Need addresses to complain and praise

HI all,
I was just wondering if someone could help me out. I purchased, for 20 dollars, a wheeling small suitcase- a promo thing- and didn't open or use it until the morning we were leaving and noticed a big cut in it. Does anyone have an address I can write to or call and see what they will do about it? Also, I would like to write them and praise them for the incredible shows and recommend they use the group Cirque Sublime again, who was fantastic.

Yes, it was a promo thing, spend 60 dollars and buy this for 20.00.
