I am not going to lie, I really like this song, "The Climb"! It was a pleasant surprise coming from Miley Cyrus, but I will definitely give credit where credit is due. I have this song on repeat!

I'm still waiting for her to "ruin" Radiohead.
this week "Climb" is No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100Miley CyrusThe soundtrack will be released March 24 and features 18 tracks: seven are performed by Cyrus in her Montana persona, four by Cyrus herself, one by Billy Ray and one by her and him together. Newcomer Steve Rushton, who just signed to Hollywood Records, contributes two tracks (see story, page 20); Taylor Swift adds a new song, "Crazier"; and Rascal Flatts supplies an acoustic version of "Bless the Broken Road

I'm sure Radiohead are going to cover this on their next tour.
The song would probably be good if it weren't for Miley's annoying voice.

I like the song and the lyrics, I just don't think Miley Cyrus' voice is listen-able...it always gives me a headache.

That's probably whats been holding her back. Careful, the album will be for sale at WalMart.

Did anyone see her perform on the ACM's last night? She really added a punk rock/country edge to the song. I am really anxious to see the movie. I can't believe it is already coming out this week!

I'm not a fan of Miley, but I'll admit she's got some catchy songs. See You Again still gets stuck in my head.
i was shocked that i liked it too. im sure she didnt write it because its far beyond her talent to write something that good. but if she didnt sing it it would be amazing.

I saw her sing this song on AI last night, and I didn't like it... she was screaming the entire song. The singing was ok, no great, but she was so loud it sounded pretty bad.
No words, My tears won't make any room for more,
And it don't hurt, like anything I've ever felt before, this is
No broken heart,
No familiar scars,
This territory goes uncharted...
"The Climb" is one of Miley's best, but they overplay it way too much on television. It's an inspirational song though, life's definitely a climb!![]()
