The only 2 disney books I have are, Disney: Then, Now and Forever and Walt Disney Imagineering: A Behind-the-Dreams Look at Making the Magic Real. I am ALWAYS looking at the Imagineering book. It such a fantastic book and is a MUST if your into the creation of the parks and talks a lot about the making of each resort, TDL, DLR, DLRP, and WDW.

IMO Disneyland: The Nickel Tour is one of the best Disneyland books ever.
Every one CB mentioned are amazing as well.

The Nickel Tour. Bar none, greatest book about the park ever.
The Surrell books are great suppliments, followed by the Imagineering Guides. Mouse Tales is fun if interested in getting underneath the Pixie Dust, but you need a fundamental grounding on the Park first.
