Solar Sailer in Tron: Legacy

So basically this song is amazing and it is on the soundtrack. The only place in the film where it is heard is in the credits. Not even while they are RIDING THE SOLAR SAILER. This confuses me. Was it supposed to go somewhere in the movie and then edited out? Such a wonderful piece of music, being put as a bench warmer. Can anyone shed some light on this?
