Re: Countdown to all things Harry Potter

At least we'll have the two remaining movies.

But I know, still not the same.

Re: Countdown to all things Harry Potter

I'm so excited! My friends and I are going to have a movie marathon day and eat Harry Potter candy. Then on Tuesday, we have tickets for the midnight showing.

For preparation for the movie and 7th book, I re-read the 5th book and am in the process of re-reading the 6th book.

I agree that it's going to be sad when the last book comes out. I don't want the series to end!!

I am so excited for the movie but my husband and son are like "I want to see it, but I'm not dying to see it". Ugh! I wish I had someone that was jazzed like me!

I probably should be getting advanced tickets for the IMAX 3-D showing on Weds, huh?

Our IMAX is sold-out for opening night. I'll have to go see it again in IMAX later.

Re: Countdown to all things Harry Potter

I am trying to reread the "Order of the Phoenix". I don't know if I can accomplish that, by the time that I see the movie. However, I am really looking forward to the last book. I am going to try and stay away from any posts about the book, once it comes out. I don't want to know facts about the book, before I have actually read it. I foolishly discovered Dumbledore died in that last book, and that was a bummer.

I went to Target and bought several things out of the dollar bin. Anyone else do this? I got the folders and pens. They also had a zip up pouch and a water bottle. And then I went to michaels and bought stuff to make a purse. Here's hoping I can get it done before Wed!

Re: Countdown to all things Harry Potter

I saw a "First Look" of Harry Potter on some channel last night (not HBO). It was the last part of the show and I TIVO'd it but I couldn't watch it. They were showing WAY too much of the movie!! A bunch of stuff that hasn't been in the trailers!

Was it the show that was on A&E? I recorded that last night and need to watch it today.
