Very cool - I saw them at the Forum several years back, and Robert Smith did a special preshow for fans, by coming out before the lights went down and playing a few songs on an acoustic guitar. It was really fun, because he was wearing an L.A. Kings jersey, and could see everybody.

They wanted to finish up their new album (it's a double disc that's already been delayed once).Any word on why?
But... The Cure is NOT a spring band. I mean seriously...WTF? Their music does not spell out sunshine and flowers. They're a late summer/fall band!
