Re: What Broadway shows have you seen?

Are we talking like, literally on Broadway? Or do touring companies count?

As for the actual district, I've seen:
    Les Miserables (twice) 5
The Phantom of the Opera 4
    Rent 4
    Cabaret 5

and I caught One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest with Gary Sinise (DEFINITELY a 5). After we graduated from high school, a friend and I drove to NYC and just spent the week walking around, seeing shows...it was pretty awesome.

As far as touring companies go, that's a pretty long list.

    On Broadway....none.

    Touring -

    Cats (5) Los Angeles
    Rent (4) Orange County
Phantom of the Opera (4.5) London
    Wicked (5+) Los Angeles
    Lion King (5) Los Angeles

Not sure, but I think that's it.

Re: What Broadway shows have you seen?

I've only seen Wicked on Broadway.

Everything else was in LA, Seattle or Portland by a "Broadway" touring company:

    Hairspray
    Rent
    Miss Saigon
    Cats
    Lion King
    Peter Pan
    Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
    Wicked
    Light in the Piazza
    Putnam Co. Spelling Bee
    Cabaret
    Chicago
    Sweet Charity
    Phantom of the Opera
    Mamma Mia

There are others, but I'm blanking right now. I'll edit in later.

Haven't managed to get over the Atlantic to Broadway yet but I continue to save my pennies.

Re: What Broadway shows have you seen?

Not counting TV tapings... all of my experiences have been at the Ohio and Palace Theaters.

    I've seen:

    The Producers
    Jesus Christ Superstar
    Aida
    Beauty and the Beast

For some reason, it seems like I'm forgetting something... probably not. I don't get to go see the shows often. Superstar was a last minute free ticket.

Oh wow, this is trickier than I thought. Been seeing Broadway shows since my first visit to the City in '95, and then moving here in '98. I'm sure I'm leaving stuff out. I'm mentally running down theaters and trying to remember what I've seen there! Original Cast is marked with an (OC). (ORC) indicates original revival cast...
