Anything by Chuck Palahniuk is great! Choke and Survivor are my favorites!

    My all time favorite book.

I recently read After Many A Summer Dies the Swan by Huxley. It was a good read, but far from Brave New World.

Anyways I finished Through the Looking Glass last night.
Wonderland and looking glass were good, but there was something about the character of Alice I disliked. My dislike was more prominent in Wonderland than it was in Looking Glass.

She doesn't shut up. That's my main complaint.

Finished Reading: Fight Club. it was good; I haven't decided if I want to watch the movie yet.

and A Small Place by Jamaica Kincaid. Also good.

Currently Reading: Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri. I've read this before, but I have to read it again for my American Lit class. I use "have to" loosely, since I really liked it the first time around and will gladly go through it again.

I'm also about to read Perdido Street Station by China Mieville which someone recommended me, and American Gods by Neil Gaiman. haven't decided which to do first.

I just finished Wally Boag: Clown Prince of Disneyland. It was excellent. The stories from his career and wit throughout are terrific. I cannot recommend it enough.

Just finished Gone With the Wind. I can't decide if I hate Scarlett O'Hara or admire her gumption. I loved the book though and I am shocked that I had never read it before!

Reading Bossypants by Tina Fey. Great!!!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

"Angelology"- it was... The names got to me. Everyone had a weird name.
"Forget About it"- perfect summer reading! Fluff!
Reading "Nine Lives of Chloe King" I found at Walmart all the books in one book. So we'll see.

One of my top ten favorite books. (The movie not so much. But I LOVE Clark Gable as Rhett...)

I admire Scarlett. I probably shouldn't, but I do. (Except I have NO idea how she shuns her children.)

Her philosophy has gotten me through hard times in life, lol.

I am currently reading "The Autobiography of Mark Twain". I love that man. He is my soulmate, I am pretty sure....

Currently reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. My least favorite of the series, but I am rereading the series, so I have to.

Up next: Turn Coat by Jim Butcher (a novel in the Dresden Files. a friend recommended the series to me since modern fantasy is my favorite genre) and The Gunslinger by Stephen King.

    Should be a good week!

I just finished reading “Along for the Ride” by Sarah Dessen. It is an interesting story about love, redemption, and family bonds. I highly recommend this book!

Just finished EPCOT Explorer's Encyclopedia. A really great book about the park!

Now I'm reading Walt Disney's Imagineering Legends and the Genesis of the Disney Theme Park. I've had it for so long I thought I had already read it!

After this, I think I'll take a break from Walt and head to Death on the Nile or the book I have on Freedomland.

Just finished The Gunslinger by Stephen King, and decided to read the whole Dark Tower series! Starting The Drawing of the Three tonight! Anyone else read this series?
