Today I finished The Magician's Nephew and thoroughly enjoyed it. Last night I also breezed through It's Not Easy Being Green And Other Things to Consider, by "Jim Henson, the Muppets, and Friends." Very pleasant. Next, I'm onto The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

I didn't like that one as much, but I'm looking forward to the third one.

Only ten pages to go + editing and then I can pick up reading again!

I'm going to finish the Choice by Nicholas Sparks and read Gingham Mountain by Mary Conneley

I thought it was pretty good, yes, not as good as the first but it didn't bore me.

Back to reading "The Rescue" by Lori Wick

Re: What book are you reading? (or just finished)

I'm leaving for my California trip and most of my luggage is books (is books? Are books?). So packed in there I have: my Anatomy/Phys. textbook, "So What?" and "Extras" by Westerfeld, the witch books by Mindy Klasky, "Opposite of Love," "Idiot's Guide to Enlightenment" (it's fiction), and something else. Seriously my entire purse is filled with books (and yarn) and my carryon is weighted by my A&P book.

9 days in California, I'm going to be reading most of the time.

    Finshed reading:
Indiana Jones and the Interior World by Rob MacGregor
    Just starting:
Indiana Jones and the Sky Pirates by Martin Caidin

Interior World was a little bizarre. There are six Indy novels written by MacGregor and were the first six in the Indiana Jones Bantam novel series. They flow into each other a little bit, especially Unicorn's Legacy and Interior World. MacGregor has a new Indy book coming out this year based on the new video game Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings.

Reading The Godfather, which may be the best book I have ever read. Lots of extra stuff for fans of the first two films.

Now reading The Secret by Beverly Lewis. I've had a hard time getting into and really understanding her books as of late, so not sure if I will really finish this one or not.

I'm about to start Revolutionary Road by Richard Yates. I bought it awhile ago but had other books to finish before I could start this one.
