The Know-It-All by A.J. Jacobs. I heart this guy so much. He's very endearing and funny.

I read those three "Boy" books and they frustrated me because I didn't know they were related at all until halfway through them.

Finished Being Nikki. Yeah... Um... I kinda' called two things through the whole series. I knew the family was going to be back and I thought they were going to do a Prince and Pauper thing where Nikki wanted to be a regular girl so she organized it all... But now I want to get the next one. Dang it!

I'm bringing Peeps and another book with me tonight at work. We'll see what gets read.

    Great book!

I loved Catcher in the Rye. I was just thinking about re-reading it. Now I have to! Plus, it's small so it would be easy to take on vacation.

Re-re-reading HP5 and just started a non-fiction book called The Ghost Map. It's about a cholera outbreak in Victorian London, in a kind of a medical-CSI-history lesson-city planning-documentary. It's really interesting so far.
    A signature should go here.

Jennifer Johnson is Sick of Being Single. The book within the first page, maybe even first three paragraphs hooked me.

Finally finished book 5. I'm so woefully behind. Need to power through Book 6.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Re: What book are you reading? (or just finished)

I finished Indiana Jones and the Sky Pirates by Martin Caidin
And just started Indiana Jones and the White Witch by Martin Caidin.

Sky Pirates was interesting. It was more like a Sky Captain type off story rather than an Indiana Jones story. The late Martin Caidin was the author of Cyborg, which was the basis for The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman.

After White Witch, I've got another four Indiana Jones novels to read in the series, with a brand new one coming out in September by Steve Perry (Indiana Jones and the Army of the Dead).

Yay. I finally finished My Sister's Keeper.
And. I love it. That was one of the first books I have ever read that I actually had feelings towards. The ending is...wow.

I think I'm the only person who hated that book.

I don't know if I hated it, but I didn't like the mom in the book. I really thought she was off target and when the end happened I was like "she won then." I enjoyed the father though because I think he was nicely balanced.

After finishing The Salmon of Doubt, I'm now reading Spinning Disney's World, a bio by Charles Ridgeway, Disneyland and WDW's press agent.

The mom was just annoying to me. "Wow" is all I have to say about the end because I did not expect what happened AT ALL.
