Sandra is now too old for Stephanie. Or, at least, will be after 13 films. Thinking in the 25-year-old range.

She is older than Stephanie but she does not show her age. Her sense of humour and her ability to dive into her roles just fits.

But I agree with what Tassie said for Stephanie's grandma, Grandma Yetta from The Nanny would be perfect. But not Fran's mom for Steph's mom. She's too old, she was then and is now.

As for Ranger....it would be hard to cast him. I'm sure no man would come close to the idea of him in women's heads.

As for Lula - someone like Queen Latifa, but much younger. But with her personality and character.

Ranger would be a big toughie. It'd be close to impossible to please people with the selection.
