Yeah, I am a level 50 hunter (named Chernabog, big surprise there) on the Landroval server.
I really like the game, (and it helps to be somewhat into Tolkien... really cool to run around some favorite locations) even bought a special "lifetime membership" to it (there are various specials going on right now, like $9.99 per month or $199 lifetime membership deals, but not sure how long that is gonna last). Right now I don't play too often because of real life business, but I know that I can just jump back into it whenever I want. The people who are on it don't seem as "kiddie" as other MMORPGs.
It was a nice change from Everquest, where I used to be -- LOTRO is really geared towards the more casual gamer. You don't need to sit there grinding levels. They put out free game extensions every few months... and the first paid expansion, Mines of Moria, comes out later this year. How can you lose?

I played and really didnt like the interface then again I play WOW so I dont think I gave it a fair shake. I was too worried to get more time in Kara. I have a fast computer and I have to admit it looked very cool.
