no rides...you build exhibits. They have to be suitable for the animal or the animals are not happy. I thik you can put in food stand and bathrooms also. I bougt the marine expansion pack. I liekd building the water animals exhibits better and you could put in orca shows and dolphins. It was pretty cool, btu not as addicting as roller coaster tycoon.
I'm not sure. i haven't played it in a while. After that game I got addicted ti the sims and then on this game where you control guests and scare people out of the houses or inot rooms. That one was fun, but right noe I don't have any games on my computer. I reformatted the hard drive a few months ago and started fresh and never reinstalled the games.
no, they have a computer game as well. The internet version is something different. I ave never played that one. I like to build houses and decorate them in the sims game. I'm not much into the get a job, promotion, married, have kids aspect of it....my character tends to be a player....LOL
The original Zoo Tycoon used almost the same engine as RCT1. The new Zoo Tycoon is more like RCT3 with full 3-D enviornments. They all seem to going this route now. People want more realism and be able to build things and then get down to ground level and veie from the guests POV. Or ride the rides you just built.
Yes, on the condition that you have a computer powerful enough to run it. That seems to be the one hang up. The graphics are incrediblle and you can do so much that RCT or RCT2 would not. It's so much fun to build the biggest meanest coaster you can think of, and then get a front row, or middel row, or back row view on the ride itself. That is so cool. The effects of the water, and other things is amazing. And, from what I hear, it only gets better with the two new add ons. I am hoping they will come out with a Soaked/Wild two pack for a special price. That would be so cool.
