Here's a pic, encase you don't want the level spoiled. I'm pretty sure this guy doesn't exist in the parks, but I wonder if he's some sort of scraped idea.

Another one that I only just noticed. It's really obscure.
On Mean Street North, you can visit the Penny Arcade. It's owned by a Gremlin named Flynn. Flynn's Arcade. TRON reference much?
What's more, there's even the famous TRON arcade machine in the far right. Here's an image showing off both references:



Whew. We're having to dig deeper and deeper for these references!
