    Host room queue...

Were going down, down and a earlier round,
And sugar, were going down swingin'
I'll be your number one, with a bullet,
    A loaded god complex,
    Clock it and pull it.

I'm to quarters and a heart down,
And I don't wanna forget how your voice sounds,
These words are all I have so I'll write them,
So you need them just to get by,
Dance, Dance, were falling apart to half time,
    Dance, Dance,
And these are lives you'd love lead to lead,
    Dance,
This is the way they'd love if they knew how, misery loved me.

Since we are talking about host rooms....I waited in a long line to get into the tiki trading room tonight. Behind 48 people. When I finally get in , I wait in the line to trade. There are tiki room opening pins left, yay! So when I click on the trade window Phinny puts the tiki room pin up and I click on a pin of mine to trade, and DC!!! AHHH!! I am so never going back to vmk! (well not tonight anyways)

Boo! That is sad Churro. I finally got into the trade room also and HOST_Phinny was out of Tiki pins. But I was able to trade for a Zebra pin.

This "DC" business really needs to be addressed. This isn't some podunk outfit... this is Disney! My gosh, Disney should have the most iron-clad, monster servers of anyone! On weekends or busy times, I can only count on staying connected for about 45 minutes before seeing the dreaded royal blue dialog box. I cannot tell you the HM, POTC and Fireworks games that I've been tossed out of... often in the final moments!

I tried "Team Baseball" this past weekend and finally managed to secure two 1963 Tiki pins, but it took about 12 disconnections to get there! During one game, the team that played just before me started out as five players but was down to only two. Even though they could not win their game, the host let them go out the Golden Turnstile and claim a prize anyway. It's sad when the host has to admonish players to play quickly before they go DC.

That was the funniest thing I saw today Tom. Thanks for making me laugh. I agree with what you said about the whole dc mess. You would think that a huge company like Disney could get the best for its online games. Maybe they are still working on it. I always say I am never going back in after I get dc, but it is like a drug. I go back in seconds later for my fix. I can't help myself!

That is probably why Disney's BV games doesn't tend to do so well either. Money is spent in interesting places. I guess we should just quit complaining because everything is free.

That's an interesting point BPF brought up. The game is free so we can't expect everything to be perfect all the time. I would be willing to pay a bit to get better connections and maybe more advantages. What about you guys?

There is the free part. I guess you get what you pay for. Still, there is another appropriate quote: "Anything worth doing is worth doing well."
