How do I make RCT3 Waterfalls???

Okay I had this game for only seven days so far and just about figured everything out EXCEPT making waterfalls. I have tried and tried again to make a waterfall but it wont let me. It tells me to make two bodies of water and I do that. It still won't let me. I make one body of water in the ground and then raise ground on the side of that and make a body of water in the raised ground. Then it tells me that it is to narrow. So I try to make the thing wider on the higher piece of ground, but when I do that the water goes down. WHY THE HECK IS THIS SO HARD TO DO????


PLEASE go into detail as to how I make a waterfall and even post pictures of how waterfalls should look when the are being created and after they are created.

Check the tutorials that come with the game, im pretty sure there in the main menu somewhere.

I will look at them again, but I did not see tutorials for waterfalls. Maybe I just looked in the wrong places. I will try that idea though. Thanks .
