All 5 trains come to each station you just have to be patient.

Re: where are the different monorail stations?

Here's a tip that might help you in future quests:

Sometimes they'll put a clover or horseshoe on one of the upper areas of Tom Sawyer's Island. The upper left area is accessed via the BTMRR maze (which I won't go into here because we're talking about Monorails.) The upper right area is accessed via the Frontierland Monorail Station. You can get there two ways.

Board the Monorail in Adventureland. You get there through the Forbidden Temple. You'll find the exit if you click in the skull's mouth on the right side. Your next stop is the Frontierland Station. When you exit the station down the stairs, you'll go the to the top right area of Tom Sawyer's Island.

You can also go directly to the Frontierland Station through the Haunted Mansion. When you're at the station, be the first in line in the queue before the train arrives. As soon as you enter the train, click the queue button to exit the other side. If you're quick, you'll get out the other side of the train before the doors close and it leaves the station! Then you can go down the stairs to Tom Sawyer's Island.

The first way is the fastest. The second way is kind of fun.
"Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."
