ok i have a pic in my documents and i need to know how to put it in my signature i have tried the copy and paste thing but that doesnt work cansomeone plz help????

Do you have uploaded the picture on a server ? something like imageshack.us
After that you will have an url for the picture and you will be able to put the picture into your signature

ok so if i put it on somthing like photobucket it will have a code that i just enter in??

Once you have uploaded an image into photobucket, highlight all the stuff that is into the "Img" box, copy it and then past it into the place where you can edit your signature and normaly it should be ok
