(RCT3) My Fort Frontier Pics

WEll since getting Wild, I wanted to give park builing another try on Rollercoaster Tycoon 3. So far everything is going good. I will post the scenario if I do finish it. I can't post any videos though because some of them include copyrighted music.

I made all the scenes in the Haunted Mansion and then put the ceiling up over all the scenes. That took a few good hours to accomplish.

And then you see the building again during the ride itself, in the graveyard scene. It is set up in flames:

Now I am currently working on Frontierland and then I will make a Pirate themed land and that will be it. The park is not big.

Park is not that big?! That's pretty big by my standards! Looks awesome. How did you get the Mark Twain ride? Scenery plus some other stuff? The only problem I have is in the overview shot. The building with the different color roofs looks really, out of place. The Mansion Ride looks very nice. I want to see the video of that one

The Mark Twain Boat came with "Wild". Everything I use comes from the expansion packs.

The ceilings are the colors of the rooms in the ride. For example. The red ceiling is there because it is part of the loading area, which is in a blood red room. The light gray ceiling is the ceiling for the seance room and the black ceiling is the ceiling for the graveyard room of the ride.

Makes sense about the roofs. Maybe you could pile something on top of it to cover it up, it looks a little, well, messy. And since I don't have Wild! it makes sense that I wouldn't know where it came from

I may do that later, but who knows . I'm trying to figure out if I can put in a POTC ride and where it would be able to fit. I will probably put it underground in the Pirate/Colonial themed area I plan to build when I'm done with Frontierland.

Did the Mermaids come with Wild or Soaked. I could have used those in my Neverland Park. And the sunken ship with the giant Squid? Is that from Wild or Soaked and is it animated. I notice that a couple of your buildings are floating in the air above the ground. You need to level the ground under the building with the Shovel control. Pick the level to scenery and it will bring the ground up to the building so they don't float. I have to do it all the time when I have an uneven ground floor. Looking good.

Mermaids/Squid all came with soaked and they are animated LB .

As for the buildings, they drive me nuts sometimes .

WOW, I love that haunted mansion ride, that must have taken forever for the roof by all of those mountains... that is the number one thing I hate about RCT3... having to put the roofs on. Also in the one pic of the entrance, I noticed half of it wasn't there... looks like you just may need a new video card, also you might want to try removing programs that you hardley if ever use, on my old computer I uninstalled a lot of programs and that helped it out a lot. But it still looks like a nice park, great job!

Right now I am making an America Sings car Ride. It will be atleast 10 Minutes long and I had to open up a new park just so I could have room to build it .

I wish I could get a new card, but those cost me money that I don't have . Frontier should have given us one .
