    Question AP/Stitch Question?

So I'm debating whether or not to actually fork over the money to stay at Disneyland and try to get a Stitch set, but we already have annual passes. The vacation packages that show up online all seem to include the park tickets too... Is there actually a way to get the stitch cards without having to get tickets included in the package that we don't need or should we try to plan this for a time when we have visitors to get them to use our tickets??

    Help!

I'd say wait until you have visitor's so that they can use the ticket(s) as well. I was thinking the same thing, but then decided that I would book the room for myself, and let my friend use the ticket (since they live just a few minutes from DLR) - that way it doesn't go to waste.

I swear though, if you could buy half the stuff on VMK I would be SO broke by now. And personally, I can't wait until they get more of those VMK pins at the parks!

Yes. There is a way. Contact Disney Travel by telephone. It's a local (714) number. I don't have it handy. Tell them that you want to book a weekend or whatever, under their Stitch VMK card promotion but that you do not need tickets because you are an AP holder. They can accommodate you.

Update: this is the number I used to make the AP/Stitch set package
    (714) 520-5060. 7am-8pm M-F, 8am-6pm S-S (PST). We did it one weekend at the Grand California, and another weekend at the Disneyland Hotel.

    Re: AP/Stitch Question?

In the regular online deal you can also stay at a 'good neighbor' hotel and still get the package... is that true for AP holders too? I would guess it is, but I booked the regular way since I had already booked before steamboatpete replied... but we have someone to give the tickets away to, so it works out ok for us.

You should be able to sign is as an AP holder to the Disney site and get more details on what your discounts are... although the hotels discounts typically require you to call to get details.
