That is a drawback, so I guess that everyone should get their pass as soon as the room is scheduled to open ... so you're not number five hundred something.
Then again they might see the flaw in this soon enough. Mainly because when a host room has a time limit (say open from 5:30-8:30) the people left in line are still able to get into the room, but the room will be closed for anybody else. Imagine a host whose room closes and they have like 300 waiting to get through! I think they'll realize this (or already have) and will have to find a way to resolve it.
The only other answer I think would be that they will have a limit on how many passess they give out for a particular room.

I say queue stops at 100, for hosts, 50 for regular players.. I mean, comman sence, And i wish you could have a booth like the booths you go to too buy tickets at WDW, to enter the park.. Than to get a ticket you had to pay 10 credits, owner gets money. I mean, i say you want in, you pay!

In line for what? The game today or Hula's Yard Sale. Yoyo and I tried two weeks ago and didn't have a chance. I have always been working since it's started so I haven't been able to try yet. This Saturday I will be on a plane home, so maybe next week - if I'm not working I will.
That is silly. You would never get the front of the queue before it closes.
I see it as an advantage. I know I won't get it. As opposed to before, when I wasn't going to get in, but thought that I might and wasted lots of time trying. Next time, I'll aim to get in line earlier.
