Question VMK card with no code

We just went to Disneyland yesterday and we got a card with no code on it. It's totally blank where the code is normally typed.

Now, I'm sure that we can bring it back to get a new one, but I bet there's someone out there who probably thinks this card is really cool. Maybe?? How would I get it into the hands of someone who would love this no code card?

First off, Welcome to Mice Chat!!

I'm sure there's collectors out there that would like it, but if you return it to DLR, they may keep the card. They might let you keep it, but I'm not sure.

    Welcome to MiceChat!
I would keep it. I'm sure there are collecters that would love a codeless card.

I am sure they would let you keep it. It's blank, so it is not like you are gaining anything by keeping both.

And I have seen some issues with the code printers before. The ink smudges or is somewhat illegible. It just depends on things....

    Welcome to Mice Chat though.

I got one in December that got printed a bit too far over to the right, I brought it with me next time I went and I got a new one.

Actually they will take the card if you ask to exchange it because otherwise you could return with it at another date and ask for a replacement again. -_-' Sad, but it's happened.

Didn't even think of that. Good point there. Shows I guess I am an honest person because that would never have even crossed my mind.

Either that, or you are a really, really clever but dishonest person, who actually set this whole thing up to make the CMs who read this thread think you are so honest that they would fall for your little ploy and let you keep the old and new cards, just this once. You devious weasel, you!

But, ok, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and guess that you really are that honest.
