Sadly, there are very people who will just "give" you anything. Now someone could possibly have a quest and/or game where black mansion pieces are offered as prizes. If not, then maybe you could play some quest or games and earn some prizes that would be equal in value to a black mansion suit and you could trade for it. Good luck finding one though.

Also black mansion suits can't be attained through codes and can only be traded for.
