buzz lightyear picture question

i've saved my buzz pictures before by right-clicking & saving to my pictures. this last bunch, though, i'm having problems with. it's a different file type- eng & windows can't open them. does anyone know how i can open these? thanks!!

Copy the picture, open the paint program and then paste, and save

Here's what I've been doing:

-Click right on the picture, email picture, and send it your email, then save it from your email.
