This poem can be interpreted in many ways, but for me it comes down to, all good things, must come to an end.
VMK has genuinely been a wonderful thing for me. It helped me through a rough patch in life, it was my virtual therapy so to speak. A place to get away from the real world and have virtual cookies. No diabetes in VMK, right.. which is why virtual 'penny pressers' or cookie machines, as I like to call them, became my favorite item on VMK. Over time I had developed such a love for virtual cookies, my cheesy friends would have to put a cookie machine in their rooms for me to stand it, and there were ,of course, cookies in my rooms at all times. Host Lily even gave me a wonderful room makeover taking my cookie collection and turning it into a Cookie Forest.. all these cookies eventually leading to ..Rayland.
As a final goodbye to VMK, I'd like to give all my friends their very own piece of Rayland history to take with them to their virtual death. So please stop by my room, on Tuesday May 20 starting from 6:30 til I get booted off my computer, to pick up a cookie machine.
The room entitled, Nothing Gold Can Stay, Owner Name: PrincessRayRays will be set to friends, and tickets only. So if you are not on my friend list and would like to stop by, please post here and I'll make some tickets. Don't be afraid to stop by I have tons of cookies, and would like to give most of them away. Feel free to stay and party.
Sorry for writing so much, I sorta dragged this thing out didn't I? Anyways, Thanks to all the wonderful people whom I've made lifelong friendships with on this board and the virtual kingdom. I know to some, it was just a game, but the people I have met because of this game have changed me, for good.
(note: I'd also like to get a picture with everyone who stops by for a little something I'm putting together, so make sure I don't forget. Also, members of the older MCV crew, I really especially want you to make it, so if this time doesn't work for you please tell me so I can find another time to give you a cookie machine.)
