OK, I cannot get in there!!!

twice I have joined, downloaded the game and went through hours of the updates. Then when I login it takes me back to login again and pops up with a "BUG" page from disney. I'm so sick of trying to get in there!!! any advice??? anyone else have this problem????

are your computer specs enough to run the game?

how much RAM do you have and what type of Video Card?

ummmmmm LOL LOL My computer is only 6 months old, so I thought al that woiuyld be more than fine.... maybe not though??

yeah, your vid card should be find with that newer of a computer, do you have a gig of RAM? i've found that most comps with only 512 don't do so well with games, especially if they are running Vista because its such a memory hog

Could be a RAM issue. I don't think I'd even attempt any game now days unless I had at LEAST 1GB of RAM installed.

Make sure you have DirectX installed, see here for the latest version

Update your graphics drivers. Even though your comp is new, who knows what version of the drivers it was built with. The Pirates website has info on updating drivers.

After you update, you will need to reboot.
