    Life on Discovery Channel

Ok Life made by the same people who made Planet Earth enter a new chapter made its debut last night. Life is produced by the BBC Natural History Unit in association with the Discovery Channel, Skai TV and the Open University. The original script, used in the British and Canadian versions of the series, was written and narrated by David Attenborough. In the USA, the series premiered on 21 March 2010 with narration by Oprah Winfrey and will be shown in an 11-part run.

I remember when Planet Earth came out and it was truly amazing. One of the best and one of my favorite nature documentaries ever made. Life looks really amzaing espically Komodo Dragons.

What are your reactions? What episode are you most looking forward to?

My reactions so far is breathtaking. I love nature and espically the ones done by the BBC and David Attenborough but i am kinda of bum with the narration of Oprah. The footage is truly awe-inspiring but her voice doesn't bring the documentary like David's. I will most likely buy the BBC Life once it comes out in the United States.

Me and the kids watched it today and I loved it! I'm not usually into nature shows that much, but I thought this one (so far) was amazing. I have the whole series TIVO'd so I don't miss them.

I never saw Planet Earth, but it was one of the first Blu-ray titles I bought and loved it. I got rid of my cable in January, but from the sounds of it, I'll most likely pick Life up (the BBC version too) when the Blu-ray's for sale.
