It's official, mark the date True Blood fans. Season 4 of True Blood premieres June 12, 2011!

It's currently in production, and news of a few new familiar actors have joined the cast throughout the new season like Dane DeHaan (In Treatment) as Timbo, one of the teens Jason (Ryan Kwanten) takes care of in Hotshot. Rebecca Wisocky (Saving Grace), who’ll play “an elegant beauty who presides over a fantasy land and also has a temper.” Christina Moore (MADtv, Hawthorne), Neil Hopkins (Lost) and Chris Butler (The Good Wife) have all been added as new series regulars, with multiple-episode arcs for True Blood season 4.

Of course all those who survived (key cast & new comers from the last season) are all returning like...

I am in love with this season and the True Blood panel at comic con was worth the 5.5 hour wait!!! I can't wait to see where this is going because it is no longer anything like the books!

I'm surprised that no one has noted that Fiona Shaw (Petunia Dursely in Harry Potter movies) is playing the witch character.

Former Vampire King of Mississippi Russell Edgington portrayer Denis O'Hare married his long time partner, interior designer Hugo Redwood yesterday in New York. The True Blood actor announced it on Twitter, and stated, "Okay. It happened. Hugo and I just got married."

I had no idea he was Gay, great actor, and congratulations to the cute couple.

But man, this is getting stale.

I'm really liking the season A LOT so far. I really like how they listened to the fans and Eric and Sookie FINALLY got together. Now that Eric has his memory back and he isn't the same vulnerable Eric, I wonder what direction the show is going to go. Sookie's not really with Eric anymore and she's not with Bill. I just hope it won't turn into Twilight where you have the two guys fighting over her. That said, I have high hopes for the rest of the season and next season as well.
