well this has been announced at star wars celebration as seth green is doing a new show in-between Episode III and Episode IV
called Star wars Detours and my god i know what your thinking is it like robot chickens specials on the series well no instead its young adults and adults and pretty good stuff is on youtube

Funny that these will likely be better than the prequels and special editions.
I like that George has pretty much allowed the "fan creations" to exist but it'd be nice to get some of these available on Blu Ray or DVD. This official fan creation seems like a step in the right direction.
