Desperate Housewives - Season 3 - The Official Discussion Thread - Spoilers Welcome

Just thought I'd start this one off. The new season starts Sunday, can't wait.

    But one question.....

I know Eva is done with TV after Housewives. But I heard from someone that this is her last season on the show. Is this true?

Gee. Who will prance around in her underwear if she leaves. Love Housewives, but I am so over Eva Longoria.

    Ha Ha, indeed.

    And who knows.
    She might not leave.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I think she signed the same contract as the others and that usually lasts for 5-7 years. that's why shows get so expensive after the 7th season so I doubt she will be leaving any time soon unless they wrote her off of course. Iwouldn't believe everything you hear or read either. stars have a way of changing their minds when a hot prospect comes along. as much as I love all the women I am sure they could find another hot latin bombshell to strut around in almost nothing. eva needs to realise that she isn't a GREAT actress, frankly she isn't even a really good actress., she is a glorified model who can say her lines and strut her stuff. women like that in hollywood are a dime a dozen.

Just watched the season premiere. Desperate Housewives has become a huge guilty pleasure of mine, but I love it.

It was a good episode ... nothing too crazy going on, except for the creep guy and Bree (why does Bree always get stuck with the creeps!?)

But the season is definately off on a good foot - can't wait for next week!

Photos, news, and commentary every week from Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom!

I have the season premiere waiting on TiVo. Need to find some time to watch it! I love all those ladies.

I didn't get to watch all of last night's Season Premiere, fell asleep through the middle of it (not because I was bored, I was just exhausted). Anywho...are they going to write Marcia Cross' pregnancy into the storyline?

i think they are going to. at least that is what has been intimated by both marcia and eva on two different talkshows. Marcia was on regis and kelly today and was glowing. and as much as I loved the premier I think mr cherry needs to find someone else to torture besides bree. oh and it was fun to see laurie metcalf on the small screen again.

I agree. I hope she can make more appearances on Desperate Housewives. And I liked the way she looked so preppy and feminine, very different from the "Jackie" character she played for so long on Roseanne.

Didn't she also play a nosey neighbor in the movie Uncle Buck?

Why did Bree's orgasm scene crack me up? And going to the doctor! So Bree!

I absolutely love to hate Lynette's husband's baby mama. She is deliciously unlikeable.

Not sure if anyone recognizes her, but she was in Saved By The Bell: The College Years. She was also the girl in Independence Day who was the stripper that stood at the top of the building in Los Angeles that the aliens fired upon.
