Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
Is NBC giving "Friday Night Lights" another chance this season? A very underrated show, and you don't have to be a football fan to like it.

So far, the only new show I'm looking forward to seeing is "Back to You" with Kelsey Grammer and Patricia Heaton and possible "Chuck".

I think they are, BUT I'm not totally sure

I forgot about Back to You - that does look funny! I do try to give most a chance - I do feel this fall season is stronger than the last year
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
I can't believe they remade this. LOL!
This seems like a rip-off of the BBC's "Viva Blackpool"... sans the cheezy musical numbers.

Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
I'm looking forward to Journeyman...i really like the lead actors portrayal of his character in HBO's Rome, so i'm anxious to see what he does in a different role
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
Nothing looks good so far. I hope KDOC keeps showing Wild Wild West...
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
So far I look forward to "Pushing Daisies"- it looks creative and intriguing.

I had no idea about the BBC version - the US tends to remake whats big across the pond - I know about a witch movie, looks like a movie of Hex (I've tried to watch that and just can't get into it)
What looks interesting about Bionic Woman is it's more of a superhero crime fighting type thing - and I really hope that there aren't any 'de de de deeeeeee' when she runs LOL
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
Of the bunch the one I am most looking forward to is Pushing Daisies. I first saw this as a preview at the movie theater. Have seen it there a couple of times now. Very quirky like Tim Burton movies, The Big Fish, etc. Even the music reminds me of Danny Elfman. Who knows, maybe it is his music. Director Barry Sonnenfeld did do Men In Black and Addams Family. And there is the added plus of having Kristin Chenoweth in it.
Here is a link to the preview and some info on the ABC site:
Pushing Daisies
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
Pushing Daisies is the only one that looks interesting to me so far.
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
I'm definately watching Journeyman, but only because the guy from Rome is in it. I loved him in Rome! I'm also going to watch Viva Laughlin, but again, only because Hugh Jackman is in it. I'm just hoping the shows are as good as the actors that are in them.
Re: New 2007 Fall TV shows
Viva Laughlin looks amazing. Bionic Woman looks fun. But the woman that plays her... I don't know... I want the freakin' Origins series! Kevin Smith is directing and writing one. And Reaper I so want to see that Brett Harrison do good.
