Re: Dancing with the Stars (a New season)

I liked the Cheetah girl, she rocked the floor. Although I agree with the judges, you're there to learn different types of dancing, you aren't supposed to put your own spin on the dance, that's what the choreographers are for.

Everyone else was kind of meh, nothing memorable sticks out to me right now. Marie Osmond was ok, but most of her performance was personality and not technical.

I don't have a favorite yet but we shall see.

I thought sabrina bryan was so great. my daughter is 7 and loves the cheetah girls. reguardless of the dance she is a great dancer. Does that give her an unfair advantage over the other women. I hope when I am as old as Jane Seymour I look like her. she is so beautiful and was so graceful. but sabrina was wow.

I thought Jane Seymour was good. She did have grace and elegance on the floor. You couldn't tell that she has back or knee problems.

But Sabrina rocked!!! I say if she doesn't make any huge mistakes, she has a chance to go all the way.

I'm interested in seeing how the guys do. Is it wrong that I want Wayne Newton to suck? LOL The guy just irks me, I don't know why.

    Drew Lachey ... GOOD???

Seriously? Were you guys watching the same show? I mean, the guy might be able to dance, and sing, but a good co-host? He was monotone, he couldn't interview the dancers after they danced without looking at a teleprompter.

They should have used Drew Carey instead.

LOL I agree, he is either just that bad OR he was thrown in there at the last minute. Which I think would be entirely possible considering Sam had her baby the day before. Although one would think they would consider that and plan accordingly.

Re: Dancing with the Stars (a New season)

So far I like Sabrina's dance. I'm really hoping that a girl wins this year.

I also thought MelB did ok and Jennie Garth. I just didn't llike MelB's outfit. I'm not into animal print outfits.

Marie Osmond- Ehh. she's better in the singing industry.

Jane Seymour surprised me. She did pretty good.

    Did I miss anyone?

I'm looking forward to the guys tonight.

Hehe...I believe Drew Carey belongs to another network now. Drew Lachey was a bad co-host. I think it would have been cool to have the first season winner, Kelly Monaco, co-host. She's sorta similiar to Samantha. I think she would have worked out well. So far, I think that model will go home tomorrow night, either that or Mark Cuban. I just don't see him dancing well AT ALL! I think he's going to be another Tucker (bowtie guy).

Considering Mark Cuban just had a hip replacement surgery, I am not expecting wonderful things from him. You could see him limping down the steps last night.

I saw that too! Did you see the Cameron Mathison from AMC sorta trip on his way down the steps? It was either him or his partner. I had to laugh at that.

Re: Dancing with the Stars (a New season)

I finally watched the show - I had to tape it last night due to football being on.

I was really impressed by the women - except for the model girl. She was just annoying and didn't dance all that well. I really enjoyed Jane Seymour - she and Marie Osmond both looked like they were having so much fun. I hope they can both do the quick dances as well!

Will trade husband for Disneyland and DCA Pins!
