I was having the worse day of my life this morning.
It took me over 3 hours to get over it.
I turn on Dr. Phil. And it just reminds me why I was in a bad mood in the first place.
And it has all gone down hill from there.

Dr Phil creeps me out, not sure why, could be the stuff I read about him. I hope your night gets better![]()
I can appreciate a good Dr. Phil episode (not all of them), so I am not understanding why he reminds you why you are in a bad mood???
My philosophy in life is that if I allow it to get me down… it will.
We are the controller of how our day goes. If we allow one thing to ruin it, then everything else bad will fall into line and it will continue to be a crappy day.
When my day is going bad, I stop what I’m doing (if its safe that is – like driving a car wouldn’t be) and regroup. I normally pray and realize that I’ve only created the situation by not allowing my belief to guide me. I accept that bad things happen and take responsibility if, in part, I was at fault for it and normally once I do that, things begin going my way again. I believe that if I get all the red lights when running late, (and we’ve all been there) then if I accept the fact that I’m late because of something stupid I did that made me late, and just relax, I start getting green lights making it so that I’m not late after all. I also believe that if I get red lights, it’s Gods way of stopping me from getting into an accident that would have happened down the road that I shouldn’t be in, so I totally accept the circumstance and just give my thanks that I’m not running late any longer.
I vehemantly dislike Dr. Phil. Not sure entirely why, but there's something that just drives me crazy about that man.
I pledge allegiance to the Earth, one planet, many gods, and to the universe in which she spins.
Bill O'Reilly and I agree on one thing.
The man is a fraud.
And that's the only thing I agree with Bill-O on.
Dr Phil is a quack.
That is all.

I was once close enough to Dr. Phil to trip him.
I didn't, but don't think I didn't think about it.
I don't know...it seems like he gets paid an awful lot of money to state the obvious. I want that gig!
