Yes, the leader of the Daleks made his return to the show for the two part finale of season 4 and Radio Times magazine is currently offering one lucky winner the chance to win a genuine Davros prosthetic mask that was especially created for the cover of the latest issue (one of only six made).

Dude, that's really awesome news for you UK people. BUT - you might want to go edit your post and put the character info in Spoiler blocks because The Finale won't air in the States for a few weeks (actually almost a month because of Sci-Fi scheduling) and so to protect those who don't want to know ANYTHING - that would be the nice thing to do.
