If Grand Californian ever gets listed on II (Not that any units will ever show up

) I am putting in a request for any week that slips through the cracks.

Can't wait to get my wife's schedule for next year so we can try for a WDW DVC unit.

I'll be down there the second week of December (Considering trying the new Worldmark Anaheim resort that will be open by then) and will probably go through the presentation just to tour the model. You would think they would be for sale by then.

The model of the room are open to see at Dvc center by DLH.

When DGCVR [Diseny's Grand Calif, Villas resort] open for seal I do not know.

Last I heard is the room will open for guest around Dec, 2009

I'm a DVC member. Press release says: The 2.5 acre expansion will be 200 hotel rooms and 50 two bedroom DVC units. There is to be a sky deck. Completion is expected for late 2009 .

I suspect sales would start from next fall onwards. Just like the AKL units, existing DVC members will be advised initially with an info pack - usually a booklet and a DVD of artwork etc. Purchasers could book 11 months in advance of their vacation date once the units are ready. Bookings for existing DVC members who are not "home resort" owners at GCH would be able to apply for bookings 7 months in advance
