Please don't call yet - CS says they should all be received by mid-April, so hold off until then. We haven't gotten our yet either!

Last year East coast got there first.

On a different board there are lots of people saying that they haven't got the new planner yet, almost no one who did.

And a few of them got the old 2009 planner.

Just the thread I was hoping to see. We joined the club in February and were told we'd have the new planner by the end of March. But seeing as we're on the west coast and in Canada I guess it makes sense it would take a bit to arrive from Florida.

Looking forward to "going home" next May for the first time.

I don't know if this is the case, but, their arrival may be tied to your use year somehow.

As I recall we got our toward the beginning of March and our use year month is Feb.

Hmmm, that's a possibility and would actually make sense from a postage point of view.

I've emailed them directly to ask. We'll see what they say.

Finally received my planner last week, I live in Switzerland though. Ironically, about 2 days later, my partner received another planner...

When I stayed at AKV last month, I went to the DVC information booth in the lobby and asked them about the planner. They had no idea what I was talking about...
