I just found it on another site but I dont know if I should post the link just wondering. I would also agree the chart is not as bad as I was expecting lets hope the price is right in line with BLT.

If I read the chart correctly, DVC can not visit the resort during the summer, fall and holiday seasons?

Not sure what you mean. DVC dates are listed for the entire year on the chart. Just different seasons.
