Where should the next DVC Resort be at?

With the success of Aulani, let's think of other places where you would like to see a DVC Resort pop up (outside of DLR and WDW I mean).

First I do like the idea of DVCs in National Harbor and NYC. Though I am glad that the original NYC plans fell through because I didn't like the concept art for the resort. I was expecting a hotel with an immersive theme. May I suggest a hotel themed to Manhattan's Golden Age? I think it should be built near central park so many guests can have that good view. As for the National Harbor, I think a colonial seaside resort would be the best theme.

Also I would like to see a ski resort somewhere.

That's just a few of my ideas but if you have anymore feel free to share.

Agree though it would have been good. A ski resort would've great they could dust off the old mineral king plans :-)

I would love to see a desert resort maybe somewhere like Arizona and an international resort maybe somewhere like Cancun

I concur. I hope that they eventually go through with plans for National Harbor once the economy turns around.
