Aulani Needs more Dinning!

Just got back and loved the Resort as a whole but my only complaint would be they need alot more food options when they open up the Final phase we found ourselves eating at the Marriott next door for more options. The servers there keep telling us that alot of guest from Aulani come over due to lack of Food options and I can see why.

Before Aulani opened we stayed at Marriott all the time and the food choices were fantastic and always ate at the resort manly during our week trips

Just happened to read earlier today they're gonna build Mama's Snack Stop next to the shave ice stand. Looks like it'll serve fast food.

They need to build a Ohanas or Kona Cafe to fill the gap.

They definitely could use a Kona Cafe type restaurant. Don't know where they'd fit it though.

I think because Makahiki is buffet-style they figure that's close enough to Ohanas, although you don't get the big BBQ pit.

One thing that doesn't change is Disney dining. They are expensive and offer questionable value. The quality is moderate for the price paid. One should always sample the cuisine in Hawaii where there are plenty of choices and value priced.
