How many different DVC resorts have you stayed at? The first year, we tried Boardwalk Villas, then Saratoga Springs, next it was Old Key West and this year, we'll be staying at Old Key West again, but in the Grand Villa.

One, Old Key West! We purchased at OKW in 1994 and we've stayed there 14 or 15 times (lost count). We like the location of OKW (quiet) the size of the rooms (generous) and the layout of the resort (roomy).

We looked ar Boardwalk and decided that the rooms were a little on the small size for us and while BW is right in the middle of the action, we like te feeling of getting away from it all of OKW.

We have stayed in 1BR, 2BR and a couple of days in a studio. We usually get a 1BR as it has just the right amount of space for us.

My favorite park is epcot and Boarwalk Villas is perfect for me.

Have any current members been offered any deals on the upcoming DVC GrandCalifornianHotel-suites/condos?? One of the CM's told me existing members would get first choice, then what's left (if anything) would be offered to the general public.

In december we are going to the animal kingdom villas. Cant wait:0). We also tried saratoga spring this year. We loved it. We really want to try key west. We heard bordwalk was great.

The details of cost per point, maintenance fees, and point structure for stays at the GCV have not yet been released.

I have a 1BR Savannah view at AKL booked for April, but now I may have to change that trip

We own at Wilderness Lodge but have stayed at Boardwalk, Beach Club,Old Key West (my fav), looking forward to maybe staying at AK next Oct if we can't get in will go back to OKW love the size of the rooms.

now I stayed mostly in studios - so can't give any details about the 1-bedroom.

Wife and I are Primium Passholders for Disneyland and go every month, we are also DVC members. As far as GCV goes, they just had their gorund breaking last month for the new 200 units and as far as we have heard, no offers have been extended to anyone concerning the 50 units that are slated for the DVC.

stayed this past weekend at okw. I was amazed at the size of one bedroom suites. tons of room and for a family with kids, perfect for lots of toys and all the stuff that has to go with kids. I booked a studio and was upgraded to a one bedroom, I have to admit the upgrade was wonderful and the whirlpool bath was truly awsome.

Jaki Apetz and I have been specializing in DVC Resales since 1998. Many of our owners use their DVC memberships in unique ways. Some will do a driving trip and stay 2 nights at HH, then come to Disney and stay on property at one of the DVC resorts for 3 nights and finally end their vacation with 2 nights at Vero (need to rest after all of the Magic). Doing a trip like this is really fun unless the whole time you're at HH or Vero, your kids are saying "Wish we were at Disney". We also have clients who have chosen not to buy a retirement home in Florida and instead purchase enough points to spread out a trip over a 2 to 3 month period. They will spend a week or so at each resort. Retiring at Disney for the winter months. How much fun is that? Kinn

My favorite, and home resort, is BWV. Have stayed there many times in studio, 1BR and 2BR. Love it there. Love the location. Love Jellyrolls.

DH's favorite is OKW. Stayed in Studio and 1BR. He loves the quiet and the golf course.

Stayed at HHI twice, studio and 2BR. Great golf. Beautiful resort. Love the Dolphin cruise.

Stayed at SSR only once. OK resort. Studio kinda small. Nice to be close to the golf course. Love Artist Pallette. A favorite CS.

Hope to stay at the others in time, especially AKV.
