Grocery order

Has anyone ever used the service where you can pre-order the food you'd like to have in your kitchen? Apparently, you fill out the order and fax and they'll deliver to your room after 5:00 pm of your first day. I'm gonna give it a try this year, that way we don't have to spend the time shopping. Well, not shopping for groceries anyway!

I've heard some good things about GardenGrocer.com, but have never used them myself.

I've used Garden Grocer twice and have no complaints. I rarely rent a car so the surcharge was not a problem. My only recommendation would be to make sure to get everything you need all at once to avoid having to make more than one order. (and pay more than one delivery fee.)

You don't need to be in your room as the items will be left with bell services when it comes to delivery time. Cold items are tended to as well. I'll be using them again next time we head out.

I have done the grocery order Once.
the price are high plus Not all the grocery is on the list.

Now days get rental car stop Costco and grocery store near by (costco)
at better prices.

Most time I will stop there before go to the Disney world resort.
I use 417 Central florida gateway
I also stop there to fill up the rental car with gas.
I think there is a winn-dixie near by.

Crossroads place by Resort on Hotel Plaza Blvd.
Yes you will need a car to get this places too.

there is both a Public (a couple really) and Walmart within around 5 minutes of OKW and SSR - okay might be 7 minutes.

Costco and Super Target are easy to get to off the 417. Off of 528, Sams is close to there. I would skip Goodings, go to Publix if you have a car. Then you can also go to the Disney Character Premiere outlet. Publix has the best bakery and sandwiches!

I don't know if Disney would accept Amazon deliveries, but they have a lot of reasonably priced snacks and specials. I've heard of people buying water from them too (I haven't looked for it). For just some water and small snacks, Hess is on property and is reasonably priced. And then there is Garden Grocer and the one that Spicey mentions. Also Goodings, but they are so pricey in their stores.
