we will make sure your new membership number is received
and that the new points you are purchasing are in your DVC member account.

Please do not pay any company a fee to list your ownership. This is not
an acceptable practice and tends to be used by marketing
companies who can show you a lot of traffic on their websites but

for advertising cost, please do not conduct business with them.

Great hearing from you again. I hope all is well in Florida, and you had a wonderful Christmas holiday. Julie, the kids, and I are doing great and we are two weeks from our first DVC trip. We had enough points to get 2 two bedroom suites for a week stay at Saratoga. Our good friends from college and their three children will be joining us for a wonderful week. Biographies

Jaki Apetz's short biograhpy:
Born: Rhode Island -Navy brat. Moved to many different places in the world including living in Hawaii on Dec. 7, 1941 when Pearl Harbor was bombed.
Family home-in Brunswick Ga. -married a Navy man- continued my life of moving. 10 years later husband became a Lutheran minister. We lived 26 years in SC. -had 4 sons. After 14 years' of part- time schooling , I received my degree in voice performance from the Univ. of S.C. and then taught voice in the University system.
TIMESHARE HISTORY: 1979: Life and career change. Pompano Beach, Fl. , Canada House Beach CLub, that "new" thing called timeshare. Top sales person then Sales Manager. 1982: moved to Orlando. Timeshare industry was just beginning. Disney World was making an impact on Orlando and I had the feeling it would have a great impact on the market place. Little did I know!!
Sales Manager-Senior Sales Manager for 15 years at Orange Lake Country Club, a premier top of the line resort develped by the founder of the Holiday Inn hotel chain. My proudest and most rewarding moment was when I received, on two different occasions, two awards, one Gold and one Silver, given by American Resort Development Assc. (ARDA) for National Sales Manager of the Year for "recognition of outstanding achievement and exemplary performance in behalf of the interest of the community of Vacation Ownership"-a very prestigious and highly competitive award (for which I am thankful) as there are thousands of members in ARDA.
15 years later I retired (ha!) and became part of a company selling resales of timeshares, A Timeshare Broker, Inc. where I established the Disney Vacation Club Resales department and worked there for 11 years. My son, Kinn, joined me in this endeavor in 2000. Over 1,600 DVC closings later, my son and I decided to start our own company so here we are!!

Kinn Tutas' short biography:
Preacher's kid! in S.C. We moved a lot and I lived in many S.C. towns including Columbia, Saluda, Orangeburg, Florence and Myrtle Beach. Then off to Folrida with my Mom. I joined the timeshare industry as well. I have sold "on property" with Island One Resorts and I did "off property" marketing for Orange Lake Country Club. This experience allowed me to gain the knowledge required to manage a marketing company that specialized in timeshares and the selling of attraction tickets. I did that for 11 years. Then it was time to help my mother in her very busy DVC resale business. We have worked together now since 2000 and it has been a real pleasure. I feel I have been trained by "the best" and I am ready to pass that knowledge and experience on to you. We love people and our greatest pleasure is helping you so--call us.!!
