But I question as to why management hasn't offered room discounts because of the construction going on. Is GC really that booked?

Guests are paying a lot of money to stay there and some may not have that great of a view....."look at that crane!"

Ok...now I am REALLY considering a DVC...I go to DL at least once a year...I want this!

Only about 42 room out of 745 have this veiw of the New buliding.

Does anyone know if the point values for the rooms will be in the 09 DVC Point Book?

I have not talk to a DVC guide for the point values.

Disney hope to have the new building open in Dec.

With Calif. law on time share, The sale and point chart may be up by Jan I'm thinking.

Now we have to wait a see.
