Disney hope Nov 30 2009 is the hand over and Dec 2009 you will get to stay.

Thank you! We will be on our Disney Cruise in December. Guess we'll have to stay in 2010

At the DVC owner meeting today, Disney says they will start pre-sales probably by the end of Jan. and stays starting in Nov. No discussion of per point pricing.

I was able to attend just the first 2 hours of the annual members meeting and no mention was made of when VGC would start selling. When did this come up -- during the Q&A?

Thanks for the photos akfandisney! I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to drive by the disney parks every morning on my way to school. So I was able to examine their progress on the DVC part of the Grand Californian since they've started the project.

I have to say it is hard to get the roof picture when the sun wheel is close and get change to Mickey and friends wheel.
