| Re: Ask a DVC question here! "We don't do reservations so don't know, but have had no customers complain to us." I recently had a client go to Paris with no problems. User complaints is not a big reason why sellers sell.

| Re: Ask a DVC question here! How difficult is it to get a reservation on very short notice? Obviously, during the peak periods, I assume you need reservations months in advance. What about during the slower times of the year. Is it practical to call up a week in advance and try to get a reservation? Thanks. |

| Re: Ask a DVC question here! Owners are surprised at what they can get. The DVC properties work like a hotel. People will call and make reservations using their 11 month windows then as the vacation approaches, many have to cancel. So, even when Disney tells you something is not available, it may become available again. With diligence, you can usually secure time periods, especially if you are flexible on which DVC resort to stay in. Kinn
