Should DLP get Splash Mountain?

Disneyland Paris doesn't have Splash Moutain...I didn't know that. I knew that DLP didn't have Toontown. Maybe Disneyland Paris should add Splash Mountain, Country Bears and Winnie the Pooh and call the Bear Country or just put Splash Mountain in Discoveryland.

as for Country Bears - I would love them to come to DLP but the language barrier pretty much rules them out.

We had one a whils ago when we discussed whether DLp should be more 'European'. However, feel free to start a new one on the subject and I'll add my two cents worth.

Splash - I think is a matter of time
Roger - Gets me angry when I think about it
Ducks - Although I would dearly love to see their presence boosted, I am realistic enough to know that it probabaly will never happen.

Good heavens, I hope the idea of a Duckburg 3rd Gate was said tongue firmly in cheek! lol. I'd love to see an Indiana Jones water ride, I think it would work really well, but it wouldn't be Splash Mountain, but then the question is, does DLRP need Splash Mountain or does it need a wet ride? Of course, there is the option of doing something original for a Western-themed Splash Mountain, say a trio of criminals looking for gold (I think that popped up many moons ago somewhere). Oh, and for the record, Indy 4 was awful awful awful. Just my 2p...

Uh yeah, will doo. It's actually a coach trip, which I didn't even know they did, but it's astonishingly cheaper. I'm staying in a hotel about 30 mins away and a bus (the coach I travel on I think) takes me to/from Disneyland to DLRP at 8.30am and 10.00pm, and if you wanna stay later you organize your own transport (eg. RER). Three full days in Disney, £350. Not as convenient as staying on the resort I guess, but a heck-of-a-sight cheaper (the coach journey doesn't bother me, flying seems to take up a whole day whenever you do it anyway).

Anyhoo, yeah, go splash!

Coach from Yorkshire? That's gonna be a long one! I live slightly more northern than you and I believe that the trip to DLP by coach from here takes around 10 hours. Still, you can't argue with a bargain!

Maybe I didn't think this true...on the other hand, I will probably bear many resemblances to the hyped-up kids full of sugar and 'Disney magic'...I actually thought it would be longer than 10 hours :-S
