Well i went to Pirate and princess Party in May and the park had a lot of people so I don't think it was so big flop. Then even added extra nights. But how are these ones in Paris going to be?

Thanks for the info, invasion. The mix of classic characters is promising. But what does everyone make of these "hard ticket" events making their way across the Atlantic?

I don't expect the ticketed event to be on a large scale here, and will probarely be limited to only Fantasyland like the upcoming MNSSHP. Seeing as the park usually closes early in Feb, I think this is an excellent idea to try and bring in some extra funds, by keeping one of the lands opened and offering a few extras to guest. Although I wouldn't expect WDW style firework shows here.

Yeah, I usually check DLRPToday.com. But they don't have anything up.

Presumably they'd also have to keep at least Adventureland open!

It seems like a good idea. As you said, the parks close early so it's a way to bring in a little extra money during a slow season and give people in the hotels the option of something to do for the evening.

The official line up of attractions for the MNSSHP is Snow White, Pinochio, Carrousel, Peter Pan, Dumbo, Tea Cups, Small World, Castle, and Pirates of the Carribean. Although I do think in regards to the Pirate and Princesses Party, you could perhaps extend this to include Skull Rock and Captain Hook's ship.

Just a bit, it seems more the 'PRINCESS & pirates' party.
