    Images from Disneyland Paris

Hello Mice Chatters, On September 16 my wife and I were in Paris without the kids and made it to Disneyland Paris and Disney Studios, Here are some pics.

Getting off the RER (they do not make it easy to buy a ticket to get out of the train station) we came first saw this.

Just like home (DLR) not really

A view looking towards the castle.

    Just Acrross from Space Mt.

I kind of wish I knew about the loop in Space Mt. I was hanging on to my glasses for dear life

My lovely Wife in front of the castle.

    See I am there

My favorite ride of the park

Five minute wait really meant Walk on

    Me again

    oooh so scary!!

    A glimpse of Big Thunder

Yes I used a Flash but we were the only one's in there

    More Artistic Thunder

    On the way to Pirates

Mickey was being mobbed by the crowd, so this CM rescued him

They Drove up the path away from the crowd and Mickey got out of the car and motioned to my wife for a pic

A very Cool Skull Rock....I suddenly got a craving for a Tuna sandwich

    Fantasyland

    A very nice Small world

The blur is fitting, it's what happens in london after too many Guinness

    Yeah Twin Towers

    Gastuan being himself

    Pinnochio Wait!!

A friendly CM touching up some paint

A view from the back of the castle

    Us being tourists

We really enjoyed Disneyland Paris except for the excessive cigarette smoke. It's funny in Paris and London the smoke did not bother me but after leaving DLP I smelled like an ashtray.

We did enjoy the non existent crowds, the weather was great and we went on every major ride in 4 hours.

    Disney Studios here we come!

We really enjoyed the Crush Coaster

Tot was fun but the same as home.

Disney Studios was kind of boring so we went back to DLP

A shot for my Star wars loving son

    The Clouds coming in

We ended with a tour around the park on the train which was nice and relaxing

Again we had a great time but we really missed our kids.

Glad you had a nice time.

Thanks for that excellent picture of the "generic New York-style twin skyscrapers" that are in no way the World Trade Center. There was a thread on this, but without a good illustration.

I also love the one of that CM touching up those Swiss ornaments! It's good to know they don't always wait until the brink of collision before repainting something.

Wow, I was afraid of missing the 15th Celebration last December but I see it is still going strong! I wonder if it will still be there when I return next summer?
Maybe you folks can tell me though. Does gettin' two womenfolk mean you're the winner or the loser?

An excellent set of photos as seen from some unusual angles - really good.

It's also nice to see Gaston - never seen him at DLP before (outside of a show) but I assume he was there as part of the build-up to Halloween.

The celebrations end in March of next year but virtually all the same stuff will be rebranded and recycled for the new theme from then - Mickey's Four-to-the-Floor Fiasco (or something)

Seems like you visited DLP on a very lovely day, weather-wise. Thanks for sharing your photos.

Very, very good photos! I'm shocked at how empty the parks were. Just out of interest, what were the queues like for Crush's Coaster? They're usually over an hour, but since it was so quiet during your visit I'm thinking maybe they were less than half an hour.

September is usually a very quiet time at the Resort and is actually my favourite time of the year to visit. Attractions are always walk ons and the weather is usually very mild.

I was there last friday, and the park was not empty at all. I wanted to go to Crush's but waiting time was too long... I guess some photos were taken very early in the morning.

I'm not saying that the parks are dead, but its still a very quiet time of the year when compared to the rest of the year. If you look in the back ground of a lot of the pics taken you can see a lot of people walking about. You may have to wait a long time for Crush, but how about the other attractions?

I have found September to be a good time to travel, I have been to WDW the last 2 years this same week and it was quiet there also.
