Since I'm moving, I found this piece of paper which I got from DLP years ago through mail. Now that I've finally read what it says, it seems to be some sort of primitive pre-fastpass-age fastpass, lol!

Cool! These were given out years ago at all the major attractractions that feautred a height requirement. The idea was that if you were just a little too short to ride, the Cast Member at the entrance would give you a copy of this certificate by way of consolation. It would encourage you to come back in future, when you would be tall enough to ride. And as a prize for having waited so long, you would be allowed to jump the queue. Each attraction had its own unique certificate: I saw an Indiana Jones one once, when I was working at the Temple of Peril, but it didn't look anywhere near as good as this one. It's awesome!
They're incredibly rare, so thanks a lot for sharing it with us!

LOL, no, I'm not short. Well, maybe a little. But I got on the ride in it's first year...only just though :D
i would love to see it back with Space Mountain Mission 2 but i don"t think so with all those '' Budget Cuts '' rules .
